Shipping Policy
We offering shipping within Canada ONLY.
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once the carrier has your package delivery within Canada is typically within 1-7 business days. In the event of a delayed, lost, or stolen package, we will make every effort to assist you in locating your order. You can track your shipment by contacting the carrier directly using the tracking number provided once your order is confirmed.
Please note that any questions regarding the status or delivery of a package with an active tracking number should be directed to the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms delivery but you were unavailable to receive the package and it is subsequently stolen, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Items that are shipped must be returned at the purchaser’s expense. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required and must be enclosed in the return packaging.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
For hygiene reasons, mouthguards, groin protectors, and similar gear are non-returnable.
Refunds will be provided upon us receiving unwanted items and confirming their condition. This process can take 1-7 business days, plus the time for payment processing to send your refund.
