This course provides enough time for participants to not only learn the principals of effective self defense, but also put them into practice through real martial arts drills. Empower yourself to set boundaries, tap into your strength and take control of vulnerable situations.

Prevention and Awareness:
How to create boundaries and strategies to activate your instincts and avoid danger.
Defensive Techniques:
How to create space from and defend yourself against an aggressor, both unarmed and armed.
Counter-attack Techniques:
How to effectively launch a counter-attack, striking with both intent and precision.
Escape Methodology:
How to stun by targeting vital areas to maximize damage and create opportunities for escape.
