Power Up Your Lunch Hour!

We host rotating classes from 12:00-12:45 p.m., the perfect length of time to get in some physical activity during a long work day. Regular members can access these sessions as part of their weekly credits and non-members can use a punch card to attend.

Rotating Classes Include:

  • Yoga

  • Kettlebell Classes

  • Self-Defense Seminars

  • Cardio and Fitness Drills

  • Intro to Karate and more!
