Karate.

Kids & Youth Programs.

Self-Defense.
Our self-defense courses allow participants to not only learn the principals of effective self defense, but also put them into practice through real martial arts drills. Empower yourself to set boundaries, tap into your strength and take control of vulnerable situations.
Weapons Training.
We teach Okinawan kobudo, which is a traditional and practical approach to Japanese weapons including sai, bo, katana and more.
Open Mats.
Come in and train by yourself or with others, all of our equipment is open for use with basic supervision provided.
Power Lunch.
From 12:00-12:45 come in for a kick on your lunch hour! Featuring group classes with changing specialties like self-defense, yoga, kettlebells, cardio blasts and more.
Yoga & Mobility.
Flexibility and mobility are key for life-long practice and recovery from hard training. Our sessions focus on building functional movement.
Private Lessons.
