Drop in for our open mats sessions to train as long as you like in whatever way you like. Casual instruction from a coach ensures that you can get your questions answered and train safely.

Most equipment is available for use during this time subject to participant skill level including:

  • Heavy bags

  • Squat rack and barbells

  • Weapons

  • Partner equipment such as striking shields

  • Music!
